Another study (Pingali et al., 2019) reported significant improvements in psychomotor performance just three hours post-dose.

  • Rhodiola Rosea: Several studies confirm its acute effects on endurance and mental resilience. A 2013 study by Noreen and colleagues showed that a single dose reduced the perception of effort and improved endurance exercise performance. Similarly, a 2021 study (Williams et al.) found that Rhodiola supplementation increased explosive resistance training performance within a day.

  • Curcumin: A 2015 study by Cox and colleagues showed that curcumin significantly improved performance on sustained attention and working memory tasks, compared with a placebo, just one hour after administration.

  • Lemon Balm: In addition to studies that have seen an immediate decrease in anxiety after the administration of Lemon Balm (Kennedy et al., 2006), a 2002 study by Kennedy and colleagues has also found that it can cause a sustained improvement in accuracy of attention.


Long-Term Benefits of CONKA 1

While the immediate effects of CONKA are impressive, the real game-changer comes with consistent use. Many of its ingredients support adaptations that enhance both mental and physical performance over weeks and months.


  • Ashwagandha for Physical Performance: A meta-analysis (Pérez-Gómez et al., 2020) found that consistent Ashwagandha supplementation significantly improves VO2 max, a key indicator of endurance. Similarly, an 8-week study (Tiwari et al., 2021) on athletic adults showed marked improvements in fatigue recovery and energy levels.

  • Ashwagandha for Brain Health: Beyond endurance, Ashwagandha has neuroprotective effects. A 2017 in-vitro study (Saykally et al.) demonstrated its ability to reduce neuron damage, suggesting long-term benefits for cognitive resilience and brain injury recovery.

  • Rhodiola Rosea for Stress & Fatigue: A 4-week study (Edwards et al., 2012) found that Rhodiola supplementation improved stress-related fatigue, concentration, and cognitive function. Other research (Olsson et al., 2008) supports its role in reducing cortisol levels and enhancing mental performance under stress.

  • Rhodiola Rosea for Inflammation & Recovery: A 12-month study (Abidov et al., 2004) indicated that long-term use of Rhodiola reduces markers of inflammation and muscle damage, suggesting its effectiveness for recovery and injury prevention.

  • Curcumin: A 2019 systematic review found that the long-term benefits of Curcumin range from an improvement in memory, attention and visual recall to improved cognitive scores and enhanced mental processing speed (Seddon et al.)

  • Lemon Balm: Another review observed an improvement in mood or cognition caused by the administration of Lemon Balm (Shinjyo et al., 2017), and yet another one found a correlation between Lemon Balm and a variety of benefits related to the improvement of symptoms associated with cancer, diabetes and other health issues (Petrisor et al., 2022).

  • Bilberry: Although not many studies have been done on humans yet, Bilberry has shown promising results in boosting liver function, mitochondrial activity, and muscle performance while reducing oxidative stress (Bao et al., 2008) It may also have neuroprotective effects, as it lowers soluble A40 and A42 levels (Vepsäläinen et al., 2012).


It is worth noting that what makes CONKA unique isn’t just the individual herbs but how they work together. Ashwagandha enhances endurance and reduces fatigue, while Rhodiola Rosea improves stress resilience and mental performance. The Black Pepper helps with Curcumin absorption.
